Oatmeal to go

Oatmeal is great on a cold morning, so we make it a quart at a time. Soak 2 c. oats overnight with 2 c. warm water and 1/3 c. whole milk yogurt. Bring an additional 2 c. water to a simmer, add a pinch of salt and the soaked oats (don't drain). Cover and simmer 5-10 min. Refrigerate in a glass container, heat as needed with a little water. Serve with cinnamon, raw honey, grass-fed butter, and whole milk yogurt or raw cream. Stay cozy for hours!
